Oread Group, LLC d/b/a TRE (“Oread Group”) owns and operates the TRE Code Software Application and the registered domain All references to “we,” “us,” “Application,” “Software Application,” “APP,” this “domain,” this “website,” this “site,” or other online services shall be construed to mean Oread Group. We understand that customers of the TRE Code Software Application, and/or visitors to the domain website are concerned about the privacy of information. The following describes our privacy policy regarding information, including Personal Information (defined below), that we collect through the TRE Code Software Application for computers and/or mobile devices. A copy of this Privacy Policy is available on all platforms where the TRE Code Software Application is available, and can be viewed prior to downloading the Application. A copy of this Privacy Policy is also available on our website.


By using this Application you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. You are also consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy which includes using cookies and/or web beacons on a computer or mobile device, or using information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, aggregating, disclosing, and selling information. If you reside outside of the United States, your information will be transferred, processed and stored under United States privacy standards.


We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and without prior notice, by posting an amended Privacy Policy that is always accessible by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link on this Application’s home page. Additionally, you may request a copy of this Privacy Policy prior to downloading the Application by contacting us and requesting a copy – See below under “Contact Us.” You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as your continued use of this Application is deemed approval of any and all changes, and indicates your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.


Personal Information. We collect information you provide that is protected for purposes of privacy and data security (“Personal Information”). Personal Information that we collect may vary with each separate purpose for which you provide it, and it may include one or more of the following categories: name, age, physical address, an email address, phone number, user name, password, credit card information including credit card number, expiration date, and billing address, and geo-location data.

Non-Personal Information. We reserve the right to collect anonymous information such as your mobile or computer device type, your mobile device’s or computer’s unique device ID, your mobile or computer based operating system, the type of mobile or computer Internet browsers you use, the URL of the previous website you visited, your mobile device or computer’s Internet protocol (IP) Address, Internet domain and host name, your mobile carrier or service provider, your Internet service provider, your clickstream data, and the dates and times that you may access this Application and specific functions or pages (“Non-Personal Information”). Non-Personal Information is essentially anonymous when collected.


Personal Information. We collect Personal Information at the time you provide it to us. We collect Personal Information through sign-up forms and as part of your registration for an account, product, or service from this Application. Personal Information that we collect may vary with each sign-up or registration.

Your Communications With Us. We collect Personal Information that we receive from you as you communicate with us, including but not limited to, use of our website, or use/download of our TRE Code Software Application.

Passive and Analytical Information. We reserve the right to monitor your use of this Application. As you navigate through this Application, Non-Personal Information may be passively collected (that is, gathered without your actively providing the information) using various analytics and reporting technologies, such as cookies and web beacons.

Geo-Location Data. When you visit the TRE Code Software Application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city or area you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile device settings and/or within the mobile Application. We will not share any user’s geo-location or GPS data without first obtaining the user’s express consent.


We use your Personal Information, either alone or in combination with other information, for the performance of the services or transaction for which it was given, our private, internal reporting for this Application, and security assessments for this Application.

Additionally, we may use your Personal Information to provide better service for Application users, customize the Application based on your preferences, serve advertisers and advertisements, and otherwise administer and improve this Application for your use.

We reserve the right to make full use of non-personally identifiable compilations of information to third parties of all Non-Personal Information. Additionally, we may collect, use, transfer, disclose, or sell information in a form that does not personally identify you (“Non-Identifying Information”) for any purpose. Non-Identifying Information can include certain Personal Information that has been aggregated or de-identified and/or rendered anonymous. We and/or our third party service providers obtain Non-Identifying Information about you from information that you provide us, either separately or together with your Personal Information. We and/or our third party service providers or third party advertisers also automatically collect certain Non-Identifying Information from you when you access our services and use our Application.

Certain Non-Identifying Information about you would be considered a part of your Personal Information if it were combined with other identifiers in a way that enables you to be identified. But the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone, or combined only with other Non-Identifying Information. We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other users or sources to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of our products and services, including our Application, to analyze and understand how our products and services, including our Application, are used, and/or to sell such aggregated or analytic data to third parties.


General Disclosure Policy. Our general policy is that we will not share, sell, rent, or provide access to your Personal Information to others unless we have received your consent, or as are described in the subsections below. We reserve the right to disclose Non-Personal Information without restriction, including without limitation, providing and/or selling such information to third parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Affiliated Entities and Business Transfers. We reserve the right to provide your Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, and Non-Identifying Information to any affiliated entities we may have, including our subsidiaries. Additionally, circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, we may sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose some or all of our assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. We will use reasonable efforts to require any buyer or transferee to agree to the commitments provided in this Privacy Policy, or alternatively seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions.

Service Providers. We reserve the right to provide access to your Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, and Non-Identifying Information to our trusted service providers that assist us with the operation and maintenance of our services and/or the Application. For example, we may contract with third parties to process payments, host our servers, provide security, and provide production, fulfillment, optimization, analytics, and reporting services. Our service providers will be given access to your information only as is reasonably necessary to provide the services for which they are contracted.

Legal Process, Enforcement and Security Notice. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We reserve the right to disclose your Personal Information, Non-Personal Information , and Non-Identifying Information if we, in our sole discretion, have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary: (i) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request (such as for example, to comply with a subpoena or court order); (ii) to detect, prevent, and address fraud or other illegal activity, or activity we may consider, in our sole discretion, to be, or to pose a risk of being, unethical or legally actionable; (iii) to protect the property and rights of us or a third party; and (iv) to investigate, respond to, or enforce violations of our rights or the security of this site. If we believe that the security of your Personal Information may have been compromised, we may notify you of the relevant facts as promptly as possible under the circumstances, and if you have provided us your email address, we may notify you by email. When We Act as a Marketing Affiliate, Partner or Reseller for Others. We may act as a marketing affiliate, partner, or reseller for certain of our marketing partners for purposes of selling their products or services to you, and we reserve the right to right to disclose your Personal Information to them for purposes of compensation, transaction processing, fulfillment, and support. These marketing partners may also email you regarding complimentary products or services, however, you have two ways to opt out of receiving these emails: (i) contact us (as provided below under the Contact Us heading) with a request to opt out, or (ii) wait until you receive an email from them and then unsubscribe.

Third Party Advertising Technology. Our services and/or Application may use third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements and may use traffic measurement services to analyze traffic. Third-party advertisement serving enables advertisements to be targeted to you for products and services in which you might be interested. Third party advertisement network providers, the advertisers, the sponsors and/or traffic measurement services may themselves set and access their own cookies and other technologies on your personal computer and/or mobile device and track certain behavioral information regarding users of your personal computer and/or mobile device. These third party cookies and other technologies are set to, among other things, help deliver advertisements of interest to you; prevent you from seeing the same advertisement too many times; and understand the usefulness to you of the advertisements that have been delivered to you. Note that images or any other part of a web page served by third parties in association with third party cookies may serve as web beacons, which enable third parties to carry out the previously described activities. Third party cookies, web beacons, and other third party technologies are governed by each third party’s specific privacy policy, not this one.

Your California Privacy Rights. As described above, from time to time, we make your Personal Information available to third parties. If you do not want us to share your Personal Information with other companies or organizations, you may request opt-out of this information sharing by making a request at the following email address: This notice is designed to comply with California’s “Shine the Light” law, but the opt-out option is available to all of our users. If you are a California resident, you are entitled, but limited to the extent required by law, upon sending us a request by email to to receive the following information: (i) the names and addresses of all of the third parties that received personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year and, if the nature of that third parties’ business cannot reasonably be determined from the third parties’ name, examples of the products or services marketed, if known to us, sufficient to give you a reasonable indication of the nature of the third parties’ business; and (ii) a list of the categories of information that correspond to the personal information disclosed by us to such third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes as set forth in the applicable law.


In order to provide better service for our site, we may use Cookies and Web Beacons to collect Non-Personal Information to store your preferences and information about your interaction with our services and/or Application, and to monitor aggregate usage by visitors and online traffic routing. Cookies may also be used to enable certain features of our services, and/or Application. We may also employ Web Beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our services and/or Application.

Web Beacons. Web Beacons- sometimes called single-pixel gifs or clear gifs – are used to assist in delivering cookies, and they allow us to count users who have visited certain portions of our services and/or Application. We may include Web Beacons in promotional e-mail messages in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

App Identifiers. Our Application may include a unique application number that is not associated with you. This number may be sent to us when you install or uninstall the Application, or when such Application periodically contacts our servers (for example, to request automatic software updates).


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards consistent with prevailing industry standards to protect information and data we process and maintain from unauthorized access by physical and electronic intrusion, and from unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Please be advised, however, that unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet, or method of data storage, can be guaranteed 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect and safeguard your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or that is archived.

When you transmit Personal Information through the downloading of our Application, or through our registration process, we encrypt all information in transit by utilizing accepted industry standard technology.


Any Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, or Non-Identifying Information which we may collect on this site may be stored and processed in our servers located in the United States or in any other country in which we, or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities. Your Personal Information, Non-Personal Information, or Non-Identifying Information may be transferred to, and used in, locations outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. By using our services and/or Application, you hereby consent to any such transfer and use in all respects.


To view and change Personal Information that you have directly provided to our service and/or Application, upon request, we will permit you to request or make changes or updates to your Personal Information for legitimate purposes. We request identification prior to approving such requests. We reserve the right to decline any requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require unreasonable time or effort of our technical or administrative personnel, or undermine the privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to permit you to access your Personal Information in any account you establish with this site for purposes of making your own changes or updates, and in such case, instructions for making such changes or updates will be provided where necessary and upon request.


There are multiple opt-out options for users of this Application. You can opt out of all information collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also opt-out via e-mail – See the “Contact Us” section below.

If you supply us with your e-mail address you may receive periodic messages from us with information specific to our services and/or Application as well as for new products or services or upcoming events or offers from us. If you prefer not to receive these periodic email messages, you may opt-out by following the instructions in the email.


This Application or site may contain links to other applications, websites, or advertisements with whom we have a business relationship. These links may include online advertisements that we deem to be appropriate. If you do click on any of the links to their websites or accept any of their promotional offers, your click-through information and any information that you provide in the process of registration or purchase will be transferred to these online service providers. We may track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications. We have no responsibility or liability for the policies and practices of these online service providers. You should be careful to review any privacy policies posted on any of these applications, websites, or advertisements before providing information to them. If you prefer not to be tracked this way, you should not click text or graphic links in such messages or advertisements.


We will retain user provided data for as long as you use the TRE Code Software Application, and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically collected information for up to twenty-four (24) months, and thereafter, may store it in aggregate.


We are committed to preserving online privacy for all of TRE Code Software Application users, and domain visitors, including children. TRE Code is a general audience application and the domain is a general audience site. Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will not use the TRE Code Application Software to knowingly collect or solicit data or information from, or market to, children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her personally identifiable information without your permission or consent, we will remove the information from our active list, at your request. To request the removal of your child’s information, please contact us as provided below under “Contact Us.” Upon receipt of such a request, we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
